The reference value to apply for the calculation of taxes on the transfer of homes by donation or sale is 4% of its value.

It is taken into account for the allocation of subsidies to those natural persons who do not have economic solvency and who own home ownership, land resolution or use of roof terrace.

For the application for the Land, the Natural Persons appear before the Municipal Directorate of Physical Planning, Appointment at Junction Playa Larga, Popular Council Playa Larga, Cienaga de Zapata.

What to do to process the ownership of state-assigned homes or basic cells built with subsidies?
