1- Transmission of Agricultural Land and Assets

Transfer of Land and Agricultural Goods or their Price, due to the death of the Small Farmer

    Promotional document with a stamped stamp worth $ 5.00 before the Municipal Director of the National Center for Earth Control.
    Official death certificate of the deceased.
    Official marriage certificate, formalized or judicially recognized to exist surviving spouse.
    Official birth certificate attesting to the degree of affiliation of the presumed heirs.

The representation in its own right, in the case of being a lawyer, must be accredited with the Official Contract of Legal Services and the Non-Lawyers with a special power of attorney issued before a notary public.

2- Appeal

    Appeal appeal with a stamped stamp worth $ 5.00, with a copy according to the parties before the Municipal Director of the National Center for Land Control; and
    Copy of the Resolution being fought.

3- Review Procedure

    Review Procedure with a stamp stamped for $ 5.00, with a copy according to the parties before the Municipal Director of the National Center for Land Control; and
    Copy of the Resolution being fought.

4- Exchange of Rural Properties

    Written request of the parties with a stamped stamp for a value of $ 20.00 each, before the Municipal Director of the National Center for Land Control, with the consent of the co-owners, if any.
    Document signed by the parties waiving the collection of the difference in values ​​between the areas, if any; and
    Certification of the quality of soils in the areas subject to exchange.
    Property appraisal.

5- Buying and selling of rustic property

    Written request of the interested party with a stamped stamp worth $ 5.00, before the Municipal Director of the National Center for Land Control, with the consent of the co-owners, if any; and
    Certification of soil quality in the area under sale.

6- Request for Delivery of Idle Lands

Application for the Delivery of Idle Lands in Usufruct for Legal and Natural Persons

    Written request of the interested party with a stamp stamped for a value of $ 5.00, in addition to a Model Sworn Declaration that is made at the municipal addresses;
    Certification on the number of animals by category, for the holders of landless major cattle, issued by the Livestock Control Registry.

7- Pensions for the Purchase and Sale of Rural Properties

    Written request of the interested party with a stamped stamp worth $ 5.00, before the Municipal Director of the National Center for Land Control, with the consent of the co-owners, if any.
