If the house is built by the state and assigned to a person, the address of the house runs the paperwork and the person is given the resolution to go to the bank to pay the amount of it. If the House is empty and a new delivery is made, the procedure is the same.
If the house is a Subsidy, the person to whom it was delivered or the person to whom it has made the special power appears before the municipal physical planning office with all the documents that are Land Resolution, Project, Town planning regulations and building license and request the habitable, Once the habitable is delivered, attend a notary public.
