R /. Through Correos de Cuba you can receive international postal shipments of up to 10 Kg in weight.

What does Red Channel mean?

R /. Canal Rojo is when the shipment must be opened for Customs inspection, in the presence of the recipient.

How much should I pay to receive a shipment?

R /. According to current regulations, issued by the General Customs of the Republic and the Ministry of Finance and Prices, shipments with miscellaneous (clothing, shoes, personal hygiene, etc.) up to 1.5 Kg = 30.00 CUC the value of content , they are exempt from customs duty and from 1.51 to 10 Kg of weight, the recipient in Cuba must pay 20.00 CUC for each Kg of overweight. If I'm tracking a shipment through the website and it tells me it's classified, what does that mean?

R /. It means that this shipment has already gone through the operational processes established in the International Exchange Office (OCI) of the Cuban Post Office in Havana and is ready to leave for the corresponding Classification Center or Home Distribution Center.

If I am tracking a shipment through the website and it tells me that the shipment was billed to X place, what does that mean?

What does CDD mean?

R /. CDD is a Home Distribution Center. CDDs are grouped by municipalities in Havana.

What does CCP stand for?
