Visit by the authorities of the territory to the educational centers to check the measures adopted for the restart of the 2019-2020 school year.
The Municipal Defense Council and the Directorate of the Municipal Assembly of People's Power toured the educational institutions together with the Municipal Education Directorate Council, checking that all measures are met for the restart of the 2019-2020 school year.
Among the main measures are:
1. Active investigation at the entrance of educational institutions to students and workers in a staggered manner and in each classroom.
2. Do not allow people with respiratory symptoms to enter the center, both students and workers.
3. Staggered schedule for students to enter the center, recess, lunch and farewells.
4. Demand the mandatory use of the face mask for all staff, as well as students.
5. Have the footbath at the entrance of the centers, as well as the chlorine knob at the entrance and in each work area in classrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, laboratories and warehouse.
6. Guarantee the cleaning and disinfection of all premises, of the surfaces of tables, chairs, shelves, audiovisual media, kitchen utensils, bathrooms, with sodium hypochlorite at 0.5% every day.
7. Establish mandatory hand disinfection with 0.1% sodium hypochlorite.
8. Demand the hygiene of students and workers.
9. All centers must be certified by health in the first days of each month.
10. The groups are determined by educational levels that will be overcrowded at 86 centimeters from one student to another, as well as the internal students in terms of their shelters.
11. They must wash their hands, before and after classes, recess and lunch.
12. The centers must have guaranteed water, chlorine and detergent to ensure that there is no contagion.
13. Do not allow in the center any person other than the group of workers.
14. An official will be guaranteed in each center to carry out these measures.
16. A meeting will be held with the School Council and the parents to ensure that they understand that these measures are strictly enforced.
