The necessary pikeboats in the Ciénaga de Zapata municipality to organize the provision of passenger transportation services. The following principles will apply:

• They are distributed throughout the length and breadth of the municipality and will be classified into booths for the exclusive use of carriers contracted with the Taxis-Cuba agency that will provide services in the municipality, and in booths for public use by all carriers who comply with the established in resolution No.368 / 2013 of the Ministry of Transport.
• A regulation for the activity will be established based on the principles related to this project.
• In the booths for exclusive use only carriers that are linked to the Taxis-Cuba agency will have access, on equal terms both the owners of the means and the leased.
• The runners will be properly marked both vertically and horizontally.
• Only those belonging to the carriers approved by the corresponding levels may exercise management of passenger transportation services in the municipality.
• In relation to vehicles belonging to the rest of the Taxis-Cuba agencies, they may only provide passenger transportation services in the municipality in an exceptional way, when for reasons of the service they provide it is necessary to transfer clients from other provinces to the interior of the municipality, limiting the return exclusively to the services of Tranfers or excursions originated in other provinces.
• When a holder of a transport operation license (except the Taxis-Cuba agency corresponding to the municipality), needs to transfer a client to the interior of the municipality, it is prohibited to exercise ticket arrangements within the municipality.

In our municipality, 2 self-employed workers provide service who permanently transport passengers for the province of Cienfuegos.

Principles for the operation of the piqueras in the Ciénaga de Zapata municipality:

The main objective of establishing these principles is to order the activity of passenger transportation in the Ciénaga de Zapata municipality.

On the authorizations and regulations for the transportation of cargo and passengers of private public service:

1-The Municipal and Provincial extension is authorized to all types of automotive means that request it, without having to mediate a certificate from the municipal transport bodies of the People's Power.

2-The National extension is authorized to all types of automotive means (either to transport cargo as passage) that request it, due to the need of the Municipality, since we are in a remote place and difficult to access, so most of people have to travel to other provinces to solve different procedures that can be as variable as: medical shifts in hospitals such as Cienfuegos, Havana and Villa Clara, to name just a few, also to process legal matters, as well as go to recreational centers, Historical places and museums of the Revolution, all at the request of the service by Cuban clients residing in Cuba, on the other hand, it is necessary to bring and bring necessary loads for the municipality, in this process the certificate of the obligatory consultation of the multidisciplinary group accrediting it.

3-The double service is authorized, that is, loading and passage, for cycles (bike taxis), because in our municipality this service is needed, as it is atypical, to transport TVs and household appliances to repair shops, gas balls, bathroom set of the materials warehouse, oxygen bottle for a patient, also on the other hand we are in a beach area where almost all customers travel carrying suitcases, boxes and bags with their belongings, in this process no You have to mediate the certificate of the multidisciplinary group accrediting it.

4-On the Activity of Auxiliary Services and Connected to transport, which passed from the MTSS to the UET of the Ministry of Transport, all those that were in force at the time of the change and new requests are approved to be updated in their new governing body they have to be approved by a certificate from the multidisciplinary group.

Transport services:

Provide passenger transport service by buses at the inter-municipal and inter-provincial level to the population, in national currency, and provide cargo transport services to municipal organizations and entities.
