Request for supplementary services:

They allow you to enjoy additional services on your phone line. They are available only to subscribers of digital exchanges.

CALLS IDENTIFIER: It is the service that facilitates you to know the telephone number of where they call you.

CALL WAITING IDENTIFIER: Allows you to identify the other call waiting to be answered.

SHORT NUMBER (NB): Allows you to program a two-digit code on your phone to quickly dial a frequently used telephone number.

Special disconnection and connection:

At the request of the service owner, the telephone service is temporarily disconnected for a period of more than 3 months. You must continue to pay the monthly fee and you can request the service connection at any time.

Connection

It may be requested when it is necessary to reconnect terminal equipment that has been removed by the owner of the service, for any reason. It involves an additional charge on your bill next month.

Reinstatement:

You can request the reinstatement of the service if it has caused debt cancellation, for a single time, after payment of the amount owed, by signing a new contract and within 4 months from the last monthly payment. This service has a cost that is charged to your invoice.

Postpaid:

The owner of the service, or his agent, who has a telephone service belonging to a digital exchange can contract the service in his Commercial Office, after signing a supplement to the service contract. Rates apply in CUC. ETECSA will deliver an invoice with the amount of monthly consumption (30 calendar days) that must be paid in CUC, or in CUP according to the current exchange rate.

Prepaid:

The request can be made by anyone as long as they pay in advance the amount corresponding to the fixed monthly fee (30 calendar days) of the months they want to use the service.
