Installation of extensions:

The owner of the service can request the installation of up to 2 interior extensions (up to the connector) of his telephone line. The terminal equipment must be supplied by the service user.

Change of location:

It consists of changing the location of any terminal equipment within the same property. It involves an additional charge on your bill next month.

Mounting change:

It consists of changing the route of the interior cables, without affecting the position of the terminal equipment. It involves an additional charge on your next month's utility bill.

Change of number:

It occurs at the request of the owner of the service, implying an additional charge on your invoice next month, or due to the need for ETECSA, the owner of the service being notified promptly and without causing any charge.
