1- Sale of Tractors in favor of Natural Persons

• Resolution of the Delegate or Provincial Director of Agriculture, authorizing the sale of the equipment.
• Sales invoice issued by the entity authorized for said act.
• Stamped stamp worth $ 20.00.

2-Transfer of tractors

Transfer of tractors in favor of natural persons by resolution of the Delegate or Municipal Director of Agriculture.

    Technical inspection.
    Criteria of the President of the Provincial Committee of ANAP.

3- Registration or New Registration of Legal Persons

    Affidavit by each team of the entity where the data and the form of acquisition are recorded;
    Stamped stamp worth $ 20.00 for each team;
    Authorization of the Delegate or Municipal Director of Agriculture; and
    Technical inspection.

4- Transfer between Legal Entities

    Authorization of the Delegate or Municipal Director of Agriculture;
    Bill of sale or official delivery and receipt document signed by the parties;
    Stamped stamp worth $ 20.00; and
    Technical inspection.
    Request with the stamp of $ 20.00.
    Certification with the stamp of $ 10.00 that certifies that whoever receives the tractor is registered in the Land Registry as owner, usufructuary, what area he owns and whether or not he has another tractor.
    Legal opinion issued by the Municipal Director of Land Control.
    The Tractor File.

5- Low

    Application of the equipment holder or the Registrar addressed to the Delegate or Municipal Director of Agriculture with a stamped stamp for a value of $ 10.00;
    Delivery of the Sheet and Operation License if it had it, in case of loss of one or both, sworn statement explaining this situation; and
    Certification of receipt of the remains of the equipment delivered at the corresponding point of disarmament and removal of basic means for legal persons.
    Brief from the Municipal Delegate or Director of Agriculture.

6- Change of Engine and Chassis

    Invoice for the sale of the acquired part, issued by the authorized entity;
    Official proof of delivery and receipt of the part replaced in the workshop where the exchange takes place;
    Operation license;
    Stamped stamp worth $ 10.00 for engine and chassis;
    Technical inspection.

7-Change of Plate or License

Sheet Metal Change or Operating License for loss or deterioration

    Delivery of the Operating License and Plate with deterioration, in case of loss, sworn statement explaining this situation;
    Stamped stamp worth $ 30.00 each; and
    Technical inspection.

8-Change of Address, Color and Bonding

    Request for separation in the case of a change of address addressed to the Delegate or Municipal Director of Agriculture, as appropriate;
    Operation license;
    Stamped stamp worth $ 20.00 for the change of bond and $ 10.00 for each of the other procedures;
    Plate only when the change is outside the province;
    I authorize the separation signed by the empowered authority; and
    Technical inspection.

9- Recordings of Engine and Chassis Numbers

    Stamped stamp worth $ 10.00 for the engine and chassis.
    Technical inspection.

10-Annual Technical Inspection

    Stamped stamp worth $ 10.00 for the annual inspection of the equipment.
